Website: what we collect
The website has a beta-test form. We rely on your active, unticked consent for one purpose only: sending one email when the Android beta test is ready. We do not intentionally store a beta email without that consent, and we do not use the beta list for marketing or unrelated product messages.

Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is disabled by default. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent banner. If you decline, the site does not load GA4. GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers; its processing is also governed by Google's privacy policy. The site does not add invasive trackers or sell personal data.
Where website data is stored
Beta submissions are stored by Netlify and mirrored to a private Google Sheet for the operator's audit record. The email is forwarded to the operator only to send the beta-ready notification you opted into. Website analytics, when consented to separately, runs through Google Analytics. These providers may process data outside your country; their contractual and technical safeguards govern those international transfers. The app itself makes no server-side transfer as part of its core operation.
Retention and deletion
Beta emails are kept until the beta-ready notification is sent, then deleted or migrated only with a new, appropriate consent. You can withdraw contact consent or request deletion at any time by emailing subscribchek@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data.” We will remove the website record from Netlify and the private audit sheet within 10 business days and will stop the requested contact.
Your website rights
Depending on where you live, GDPR, UK GDPR, and India DPDP may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent. Contact us first and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your relevant EU or UK supervisory authority, or to India's Data Protection Board, where applicable.
Regional scope
This notice is intended for visitors worldwide, including the EEA, the United Kingdom, India, Canada, and the United States. Consent is specific and optional: beta contact consent is separate from analytics consent, and we do not sell or share beta emails for cross-context behavioural advertising. Canadian visitors receive a meaningful purpose-and-sharing notice; EEA and UK visitors receive consent controls for optional analytics; Indian visitors receive an explicit contact choice. Rights and obligations can vary by location, business size, and the services actually used, so this page is not a claim of legal certification.
Android app: on-device privacy
SubscribCHEK's Android app is designed around an on-device-only core:
- No account, app server, or app analytics.
- No bank, card, SMS, email, or financial-account access.
- No ads and no purchases.
- Your subscription data stays on your device and the core experience works offline.
- Google backup is optional and opt-in; the app provides user export and delete controls.
The app's on-device architecture is the primary privacy and compliance lever. Because the app does not send its core subscription data to an operator server, access, correction, deletion, and portability are principally available through the app's own controls. The app makes no international transfer in its core operation; optional Google backup is controlled by your choice and Google's terms.
Changes to this policy
If the website or app starts collecting or sharing different information, this policy will be updated before or when that change takes effect. The current page is intended to remain the public privacy-policy URL for the Android store listing.
