Waitlist submissions are stored by Netlify and mirrored to a private Google Sheet (Google Workspace), used only as the operator's internal record and audit log. Both are visible only to the site operator listed above. They are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Waitlist entries are kept until the product referenced on this page either launches (at which point this list is used for the one-time launch notification and then deleted or migrated to a proper user account system with its own consent) or the project is discontinued, whichever comes first. You can request earlier deletion at any time, as described below.
Several US states, including California (CCPA/CPRA), give residents specific rights over personal information, but most of those laws only bind businesses that cross a size threshold, for example CCPA's roughly $26.6 million annual revenue figure, or handling data for 100,000 or more consumers. A pre-launch waitlist of this size will very likely sit below every one of those thresholds. This page honors the deletion and opt-out requests above regardless, as a matter of practice rather than because a specific law currently requires it. Reassess this section as the product and its user base grow.
If what this page collects changes, meaning if a real product launches and starts accessing device data, financial information, or anything beyond what is listed above, this policy will be rewritten to reflect that, and it will need its own legal review at that point.
